Chantal started her weight loss journey in 2017 after she successfully lost 140 lbs. She has maintained her weight loss, changed careers, and became a certified personal trainer in order to help people just like her achieve their weight loss goals. Chantal wanted people to get excited about fitness and make exercise an act of Worship and not a punishment for what they eat. She believes that you are never too old or out of shape to start a new life style.
